The Inner Life
THE HERALD OF THE NEW AGE | NOVEMBER 1935
I asked him if we would live to see this awful catastrophe. He answered, “You have heard it said that prosperity is just around the corner; but what I have told you tonight is even nearer around the corner than your so-called prosperity.”
He also told us about the strikes that are now taking place throughout the country. He said, “They will not accomplish anything by strikes and unions, because the men at the head of these organizations are too crooked and undependable.”
(This has also proven true. For instance, last year the employees of the plant where my husband is employed, decided to strike for higher wages. Remembering Rajah’s prophesy, my husband did not want to strike, but was forced to walk out with the others. The outcome was they received a raise in pay, only to find upon returning to work that their working hours had been cut down, so that in the end they were not making as much money with the raise in pay as they were before the strike.)
I cannot vouch for the authenticity of the latter part of Rajah’s prophesy regarding 1936. We can only watch and pray.
This Teacher has been coming to us off and on since 1929. Up to now everything he ever told us has come to pass.
He spoke very highly of The Sun Center Work. W. G. B. is only at the second point of the triangle. Therefore he (I am assuming it is a man) will have this same dream a third time. Then we can look for things to happen.

WORK AND CHARACTER
EVERY mason in the quarry, every builder on the shore,
Every woodman in the forest, every boatman at the oar,
Hewing wood and drawing water, splitting stones and clearing sod,
All the dusty ranks of labor in the regiment of God,
March together toward His Temple, do the tasks His Hands prepare;
Honest toil is holy service, faithful work is praise and prayer.
—Henry Van Dyke.
