Tell her to study and live with these truths until she knows the great meaning of every word in them; then to try to feel God’s Life in her flowing along with the blood to very cell of her body—realizing that God’s Life, being the Light of Pure Spirit, will drive out all the darkness of those untrue thoughts held in the cells consciousness. Tell her to see that Light of Spirit penetrating every organ and part of her body, and just to the extent that she sees it clearly, will she actually feel Its Life revitalizing, renewing and restoring her to perfect health again.

Arthritis is the result of turning away from the belief in God being All in all; which means that His Life—His Life, mind you—is the ONLY Life, is that of every living soul. That Life, if left unhindered by man’s wrong thinking, cannot help but outmanifest Itself as perfect health and harmony.

We are very glad to learn of your deep interest and your earnest and faithful study of the truths sent you, and also to see how you are obeying your inner leading—by ceasing study from time to time and giving the truths learned time to be digested and assimilated. Studying Spiritual truths is like eating material food. They first have to be bitten off, or taken into the mind. After thoroughly chewing or meditating upon them, they are swallowed or accepted as truth. Then if properly chewed they are worked upon in the stomach, or the subconsciousness, where the process of digestion takes place. This is aided or hindered by the thoughts carried around in the mind during physical digestion, and during Spiritual digestion, by whether or not you strive to live the truths accepted. If so they are assimilated and absorbed into the body’s or the soul consciousness, for either’s use; and thus they become a part of one’s life, either physical or spiritual.
