16. A person is entitled to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury in the state or district where the crime has been committed.

17. Excessive bail is forbidden.

18. The right of citizenship or of equal protection of the law cannot be abridged. No political group can pass a law removing the right of citizenship of any class or group.

19. No one can be enslaved.

If you will look about the world today, where almost everywhere there is political confusion leading to dictatorships, you will realize how important these rights are to you. Now, these rights cannot be taken from you so long as the Constitution stands. These rights cannot be changed or abridged except by a slow and difficult process.

No one wants to be enslaved by the loss of these rights.
