THE GOVERNMENT OF THE WORLD

human resources, they thought of and are now beseeching God for help.

Does He hear them? Will He help them? Yes, when they have been fully tried and tested by the tribulations they are now experiencing.

But who will help them? God?—Yes, but through some of His Agents on earth. Only through such can He help them in a material way.

Now let us see if we can relate this with what was previously stated about the “souls” who are members of Christ’s Army of Servers. Can you not see that such Agent who comes to the rescue of one who has sought God and has been tried and proven worthy, must be a “soul” in Christ’s Army, who is now manifesting on earth in a human body, and who receives his directions from some higher Agent or Officer in Spirit? And can you not see that the soul of the one being tried and tested is being watched over carefully to see if he is a possible candidate for membership in that Army?

Then you can probably see how through life’s experiences only in a human body is the soul taught the real meaning of love and service. When the soul by means of many hard experiences and much trial and proving is taught through the human mind the practicability of that meaning; then through some spiritual crisis brought about naturally in his life, he dedicates himself to God or Christ; and thereupon ensues his final trials and preparation as a candidate for admission in the Great Army of God, where ever afterward he will serve under Christ’s leadership.
