and that it is the duty of every follower of Christ to combat it with the power that only Christ can give them—the only power that will free them and the world from this dark and evil Force.

In the July issue we asked all Workers who are willing to serve in this way shown to write us, but so far only a few have responded. Some have hesitated because of doubts as to whether they could thus serve. All who have ever done any inner work—have ever helped another through prayer, through knowing the truth for them, or through treating them in any way that brought results, have the power to do such work. And all such, if they truly desire to serve, are clearly shown the way in the June issue, as well as in the September, October and November issues of last year in a more general way.

We hope therefore to receive many many names of those who wish to serve—those who wish to begin conscious work with their Brothers in Spirit Who are working in the Christ Cause.

WHEN I read your June article on Inner Workers, it dawned on me quite forcibly that it was just what I had been doing—and seeing it work. I have visualized Christ in the midst of rough talkers under my window; I have seen Him send children along who were shouting when a tired one was trying to rest; I have seen Him with one convulsed with pain, when a look of peace came to that one; I have seen Him in the center of a disorderly house and in a short time that family moved. I have seen His Light filling the office where my husband was working, where there was much greed, envy and coarse thinking (seemingly), and have seen evidence of sympathy and kindness appear afterward. I like to feel that He within me helped to bring these things to pass.

I KNOW you will be happy to learn that Mr. S. is well and back at his desk, looking years younger and growing stronger every day. It has been a marvelous experience and has taught me much.
