Then realize the truth that what you see in a brother, that which stands out so glaringly in your thoughts of him, are but those qualities in your own personality that unconsciously influence your thoughts and color your vision and prevent you seeing Me as I am in him.

For were not those qualities still in you, you would be “above” them, viewing them in the clear light of My Consciousness, where only the pure and perfect qualities of My Nature, which is yours and your brother’s real nature, would be apparent in him. Try, beloved, to see how this must be so.

Remember, all things that you see are but thought-pictures—your beliefs—that exist only in your mind; which means you thought them into being just as you see them. But they are not as others see them, nor as I see them and know them to be. Any thought-picture of a brother then is only what you have thought him to be, colored by qualities that exist only in your mind; for they are not My qualities, nor your brother’s real qualities.

Why then do I bring you so close to those in whom you see such obnoxious qualities, and why do I permit you to think and see these qualities in them so frequently and so glaringly?

Only, beloved, so that you may finally become aware that I within you am pointing them out so you will know the truth, see them for what they are, and will strive unceasingly to cleanse them from your mind and thereby from your human nature. Then and then only can I fill your mind with My thoughts and your heart with My Love, enabling you to partake of My Nature, so that I can live My life, do My will, and be My self in you without let or hindrance of any kind.

I am ever waiting to push forth the fulness of My Nature from within you and from within your brother, as fast as I am recognized. But I need the help of everyone who thus recognizes Me, for only by such uniting your consciousness with Mine, can I have an open channel through which I can show My Self.

MANY are seeking Me in My Messengers, those who are teaching the truths of My Being, expecting, hoping to find My Messengers in beautiful and perfect outer forms. When how could they see Me, the real Self of Them, when they have not yet found Me as such in their own hearts so that they know Me as I
