consider with us what becomes of all the sins, crimes, and outbursts of evil passions, not to speak of the lies, curses, expressions of greed, jealousy, anger, hatred, lust, etc., sent forth into the world of the outer consciousness by man since the beginning of time.
Think of these lowest and darkest vibrations, and that man must be responsible for them; for they are his own thought creations, the children of his mind, which some day, when he becomes wise, loving and strong enough, he must come back, take charge of and altogether redeem. That is the law. What one sows in the realm of consciousness, that must he reap. What one creates, for that is he responsible, and eventually must render full account.
BUT the Great Law is merciful. Nearly all of these things were created in utter ignorance of consequences, and especially so during the childhood of the race. So the Great Beings responsible for and directing man’s evolution lifted the worst and most harmful of these creations away from the earth consciousness and deposited them in the outermost reaches of the One Mind in what is called the “eighth sphere,” in occult parlance, where as they accumulated, during the many eons of time since, they formed the nucleus of a dark planet, later to come into birth among the sisterhood of planets as the home of living beings.
If you can conceive of a great compost-heap of refuse vegetable and animal matter dumped upon it season after season, and allowed to lie and decay beneath the hot sun, the rains of summer and the snows of winter, you can imagine the new life and energy that is being generated there, and how, if it is all spread over and plowed into the soil of a barren field, it will sweeten, renew and revitalize that soil so that the next season it will bring forth
