acquainted with THE WAY OUT and its truths. So we will take first the thought, “Whatever you think and hold in consciousness as being so, will outmanifest itself in your life and affairs.”

We mention this first because only one in a thousand who reads these words will even glimpse the mighty potentialities hidden in their meaning, and because we wish to prepare our students for the possibilities of what awaits those who will follow with us all the way. For we tell you now, at the beginning, that in these words is concealed the secret of all your possessed by the greatest Adept or Master of ancient or modern times—yea, even of Christ Himself.

Therefore fix your mind’s attention on that thought for awhile, and “see” what appears as a result in your consciousness. In order to assist and to give the thought a definite form, let us “think this”: “God loves and cares for me and is giving me all good things.”

We purposely choose this thought from THE WAY OUT in order further to impress upon you the great significance of its message and to show you what you have missed in its study; for in that little book is plainly shown the way for you to become an Adept, a Master, a Christ.

“God loves and cares for me.” Look carefully and intently at that thought, and watch the ideas that appear from “nowhere” to amplify and unfold its truth. All kinds of proof will come to convince you of it—if your mind is open and it attends only to what comes from within, not from its own or other minds’ opinions.

For instance, there may come these ideas:

“If God is All in all, He must be in you, must be all you are. Then you must be an expression—an out-pressing—of Himself. He must have thought you into being and must see you in His Consciousness—even as you are now seeing this thought in your consciousness; He must see you as good and perfect, for He could think only goodness and perfection in expressing Himself. Then He must love and care for you—as He surely would care anything He would take the trouble to express.

“Then it would naturally follow that any expression of His He would love and cherish and He would provide every condition
